Jeffrey Wall has had an association with Papua New Guinea since 1978. He served as Chief Advisor/Consultant to Prime Ministers Sir Rabbie Namaliu, Paias Wingti, and Peter O’Neill and Chief Advisor to the late Sir Iambakey Okuk, former Deputy Prime Minister, advisor to the YWAM Medical Ships Program in PNG, and a consultant to the World Bank on PNG 1992-1995. In 1992 he was awarded the OBE, followed by the CBE in 2010. In 2019 he received PNG’s second highest honour, Companion of the Star of Melanesia (CSM).
