Book now for the launch of can do
Dear ,
The Australian Institute for Progress is hosting the launch of can do: Campbell Newman and the Challenge of Reform on October 7, 2015 in Tattersall's Club at 12:30 pm. You can book by clicking here.
Campbell and his wife Lisa will be guests of honour. Gavin King, author of the book will be there as well.
It will be the first public appearance of Campbell Newman since the election, and a major fundraiser for the AIP.
Tickets are $120 for singles, $100 for Australian Institute of Progress members, and $1,000 for tables of 10.
Membership of the AIP costs $100, so if you know anyone who is not a member they can join up, get the discount and support a worthy cause.
To join and purchase a ticket, click here. Or to just join without coming to the function, click here.
Copies of the book will be available on the day at the retail price of $29.95, and Campbell will be available to autograph them. If you can't make the launch books are available online by clicking here.
Campbell Newman is a Queenslander by conversion who in seven short years has made a huge, lasting, and under-appreciated impact on the state. While a controversial figure, his achievements deserve to be celebrated.
This lunchtime function will give you a chance to hear from Campbell, and to ask him questions.
You will also be helping to support the Australian Institute for Progress, a new Australian think tank based in Brisbane which champions true progress based on the rights and responsibilities of the individual.
Look forward to seeing you on the 7th.
Kind regards
Graham Young Executive Director Australian Institute for Progress
