Human Rights Commission Intervenes

This matter is set down for 1:15 pm in Court 15 before Justice Applegarth.

When we were in court last week the Human Rights Commission indicated they did not wish to intervene, but that position has changed.

This will be the first court case involving Queensland's new Human Rights Act, so takes on a new importance.
