Dietary requirements

I’m writing to you as you’ve booked a table at the McIlwraith Lecture to be held this Wednesday, 7:00 for 7:30 pm at The Greek Club.

First I’d like to thank you for your support. We have a record number attending this year, and we couldn’t have done it without you.

To make the evening run as smoothly as possible, I’m wondering if you could check with your guests about dietary requirements.

We will have a set menu with alternative drops. Main course will be either beef or barramundi, and dessert will be either chocolate or a gluten free meringue. Some of your guests may have dietary requirements that aren’t met by these selections, and we can cope with them if you can let us know in advance.

Would you mind letting me know whether you or any of your guests need to be accommodated with vegetarian, or other, options?
