Names and dietary requirements plus parking information

I’m writing to you as you’ve booked a table at the McIlwraith Lecture to be held this Wednesday, 7:00 for 7:30 pm at The Greek Club.

First I’d like to thank you for your support. We have a record number attending this year, and we couldn’t have done it without you.

To make the evening run as smoothly as possible, I’m wondering if you could do a few things.

We will have name tags for everyone attending, and of course your guests will be placed on your table, which will be indicated by a number on their tag. However, I don’t have the names for anyone on your table apart from you. Could you send me a list? (If you have booked more than one table you may also want to allocate each of your guests a specific table in your group, so please let me know).

We will have a set menu with alternative drops. Main course will be either beef or barramundi, and dessert will be either chocolate or a gluten free meringue. Some of your guests may have dietary requirements that aren’t met by these selections, and we can cope with them if you can let us know in advance.

Would you mind letting me know whether you or any of your guests need to be accommodated with vegetarian, or other, options?
