Last call for tickets to launch of Cancel Culture by Hon Tony Abbott AC

Final numbers due for tomorrow

Dear ,

It's just under a week until Tony Abbott will do the Brisbane launch of Cancel Culture And The Left's Long March next Wednesday February 2 starting at 12:00 for 12:30 pm in the Brisbane Club. To book, click here.

We need to give final numbers by tomorrow, so this is the last call. Please note, you will also need to sign in at the Brisbane Club where the state government's vaccine mandate is in force.

If you're coming you might like to pre-order a book through our online store by clicking here and selecting "pick up". If you're not coming you can still order the book and either pick it up or have it mailed to you.

Tickets are $165 for non-members, and $135 for members and include a two course meal and drinks.

The Great Covid Panic launch with Gigi Foster

We also have two other functions coming up. If you're like me you will have been appalled at the way we have handled this pandemic, and will be looking for solutions as to how we can do better next time. The Great COVID Panic, to be launched by Professor Gigi Foster, not only analyses the causes of the panic, but makes some suggestions as to how to ensure it never happens again.

This will be an excellent opportunity for work-shopping some of those prescriptions, and coming-up with some of our own. Professor Foster is a first-rate intellectual so the exchange of ideas should be thorough and enlightening.

The launch is on February 11, at 6:00 pm for 6:30 pm in our premises at 50 Logan Road, Woolloongabba. To book click here, and to purchase or pre-order a book, click here. Tickets are $25 general and $15 concession with a $5 discount for members.

Green Murder launch with Ian Plimer

The launch of Green Murder by Ian Plimer has now been confirmed for Sunday February 20, 3:00 pm at the home of James and Patrice McKay. This late afternoon function will include food and drinks with $35 for general tickets and $20 for concessions with discounts for AIP members. Tickets are on sale here. You can buy the book by clicking here for mail delivery or collection, and Professor Plimer will be happy to sign the book on the afternoon.

Regards,

GRAHAM YOUNG
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
