Gigi Foster speaking on COVID in Brisbane
Dear ,
If you live in Brisbane or close by you may be interested in the next "Brisbane Dialogue" which is on the topic "How Should We Manage the Next Pandemic?"
It will be held on Monday November 21 at the Princess Theatre, Woolloongabba between 6:00 and 8:45 pm.
The Dialogue is a free speech endeavour where panellists with contrasting views discuss an issue and a moderator knocks their heads together to see not only where they disagree, but where they can agree.
All the speakers at this next one are experts in the field, and the panel includes Gigi Foster, who is a strong advocate for personal liberty and responsibility when it comes to managing pandemics.
The panellists are:
* Professor Gigi Foster co-author of The Great Covid Panic and Do lockdowns and border closures serve the “greater good”? A cost-benefit analysis of Australia’s reaction to COVID-19 * Peter Harris AO, Advisory Board member at Global Infrastructure Partners and formerly Chairman of the Productivity Commission * Paul Griffin, Director of Infectious Diseases at Mater Health Services, Associate Professor at the University of Queensland School of Medicine * Isobel Marshall, Young Australian of the Year 2021 and a medical student at the University of Adelaide as well as a member of the independent inquiry into Australia's COVID response.
Tickets range between $10 for students to $50 general admission. There is also a premium ticket for $150. To book click here.
Regards,
 GRAHAM YOUNG EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
