Professor Frank Milne is currently BMO Professor of Economics and Finance in the Economics Department at Queen’s University, Canada. He has previously held academic positions at the University of Rochester and Australian National University. Professor Milne has lectured at several prestigious universities around the world and has been a consultant at the Bank of England and was a Special Advisor to the Bank of Canada.
