Professor Suri Ratnapala is Professor of Public Law at the University of Queensland and a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law. He received a Sir Anthony Fischer International Memorial Price for his book Welfare State or Constitutional State? and a John Templeton Foundation Award for the course ‘Advanced Constitutional Law and Theory’. Professor Ratnapala has been a consultant with the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, and AusAid.
