Graeme Haycroft is Executive Director of the Nurses Professional Association of Australia. He has had a long career in industrial relations starting in the 90s when he formed Haycroft Workplace Solutions, since sold in 2012. He started the NPA with a colleague because he believes that monopoly unions are not representing their members well, and there is room for a competitor. Fees to belong to the NPA are roughly half those of their competitors.
